Hi beauties! In this post, I want to share the video with everything I eat in a day for losing weight and keeping abs. Of course, each day is different but these are one of my favorite weight loss meals. Usually, I follow a low-carb high-protein & high-fat diet because it works the best for me. My calorie intake is around 1300-1400 hundred calories a day.

BREAKFAST:
Recently, I always have eggs for breakfast. I’ve noticed when I eat protein meals in the morning, it helps to reduce hunger and food cravings during the day. So here I’m gonna make a simple omelette with cheese on top.
I try to add green vegetables or salads to every meal I have so here I’m gonna add some leftovers of baked zucchini from the previous day. And a little bit of fresh cucumber.
As a dessert, I’m gonna eat two ricotta hotcakes (I’m gonna make a separate video of how I make them because they are amazing, very delicious). And I’m gonna use zero calorie syrup from womensbest.
And, of course, I’m gonna make some skinny coffee. I just use simple ground coffee, I add some hot water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then I add sugar free sweetener (usually it’s stevia or monk fruit). And I add a lot of oat milk.
So, that’s my breakfast. And this is around 500 calories, roughly. It’s very filling and usually keeps me full without snacking till lunch time.
LUNCH:
For lunch, I’m gonna make some prawn tacos. First, I take some cooked prawns (100g) and fry them with olive oil and spices.
Then I prepare fresh vegetables. You can use any veggies you like but for these tacos I’m gonna use cucumber, capsicum and onions. And you gonna need some avocado, of course.
I suggest choosing low carb wraps or tortillas to reduce the amount of simple carbs. I heated them on a pan and and now I’m just gonna assemble the tacos.
Sometimes after lunch, I want something sweet. But when my goal is to lose weight, I try to avoid snacking. So instead of that, I sometimes drink some zero-sugar drinks like Monster or I take another coffee. Well, that’s not the healthiest option but for me, it’s better than snacking on anything sweet and high calorie.
DINNER:
For dinner, I always make very low carb meal. And today I’m gonna make smoked salmon rolls. You only need 3 main ingredients for them. First is cucumber and you wanna cut it into very thin slices. Then take 4 big salmon slices (100g) and put cream cheese on top (50g), I also add a little bit of black pepper. Add cucumbers and make tight rolls. That’s it, very fast and easy!
EVENING SNACK:
I can’t imagine my life without evening tea and a snack. That’s why I’m gonna have a cup of very delicious herbal tea and 3 protein bites by womensbest. It’s not sponsored, but I just like their stuff. And you can substitute them for any other protein sweets you like with similar calorie content.
